At The Peanutshell, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in new condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
